i chance upon her blog today and to my surprise her short cardio video, if not totally the same, as my way of re-starting to my fitness goal again. and she’s looks adorable and her baby too.

bloated. sluggish. tired. eating crap. lack of movement. for the past months = weight gain :(
while looking at other tumblr success stories (healthy blogs only), inspires me again. thank you tumblr.
work out last night. eat clean. at least for 30 minutes. hope this would continue. summer is just around the corner.
